1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the services provided by SIASE, including custom software development, e-commerce, bot automation, VoIP telecommunications, and the ADLINUX Pro subscription environment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, you are prohibited from using our services and systems.

2. Services and Scope

SIASE operates under two business models: (a) Custom projects structured under specific quotes, technical blueprints, and service agreements (such as CRMs, complex e-commerce builds, or AI integrations) and (b) Recurring subscription-based software and infrastructure solutions, such as the corporate ADLINUX Pro suite.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Credentials

For the technical execution of infrastructure, databases, or server deployments, the client may provide dedicated credentials. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, tokens, and API keys. SIASE is not liable for data losses or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Payment Processing and Billing

All commercial transactions, recurring cycles, and digital catalog billings are securely handled through our payment platform integrated with PayPal. By purchasing or subscribing to any SIASE product or module, you agree to the operational terms and financial processing conditions established by PayPal.
